My inclination would be to say PHP/MySQL would be most useful, as that combo underwrites much common web software today...

Much of that expectation is created by the genre itself, which gets huge mileage out of setting up the unfortunate to fail.

To clarify: #MiT6 paper \(\=chapter\) is complete. Need, however, to carve 15 mins out of 40 pages. Would almost be easier to start fresh.
